This Privacy Policy explains how Analytics handles personal data. We build Analytics to be privacy-first: cookieless by default, with anonymised measurement and data you own.
1. Who we are
Analytics is the data controller for account information you provide to us, and the data processor for the analytics data you collect through the Service about your own visitors.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your name, email and billing details when you sign up. Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Analytics data: the anonymised measurement you configure on your own websites and apps.
3. Cookieless by default
Our lightweight tracking mode uses no cookies and does not store personal identifiers or cross-site profiles. In most regions this means you can measure your traffic without a consent banner while staying GDPR, CCPA and PECR-ready. You remain responsible for compliance on your own properties.
4. How we use data
We use account and usage data to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, to process payments and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use your visitors' analytics data for advertising.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting and payment processors), under contracts that protect it. We may disclose data where required by law. Where the Service is self-hosted, your visitor data does not leave your infrastructure.
6. Data residency & retention
You can choose where your data is stored, including self-hosting in your own region — suitable for teams with UAE and GCC residency requirements. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
9. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service. For any privacy question, reach us via our contact page.
