1. The service
Analytics is a privacy-first web and product analytics platform. We provide real-time dashboards, heatmaps, session replays, conversion funnels and source attribution. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not: reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission; use it to collect data you are not legally permitted to collect; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or transmit malware. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to track visitors on your own properties.
4. Your data
You own the analytics data you collect through the Service. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where the Service is self-hosted, your visitor data remains on your own infrastructure.
5. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Availability & support
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided via our contact page.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand features.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before your account is closed.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
